When Christ returns, He is not called Saviour or Friend first — He is called Faithful and True, the Rider whose war is just.
What the name means
Faithful means every promise kept; True means every word is real. In His return, both meet in action.
He wages war with justice — this is not vengeance but righteousness setting the world right at last.
The Rider called Faithful and True is the same Jesus who washed feet — the Lamb is also the Warrior.
How to pray this name
- Pray: 'Faithful and True, keep every promise You have made to me.'
- Pray for justice in the world: 'Faithful and True, ride for the oppressed.'
Faithful and True, I trust Your every promise and await Your just return. Ride for the oppressed and keep me faithful. In the Mighty Name of Jesus! Amen.
